Are you aged 9-13 and interested in illustrations?

This is an introduction to art skills and illustration techniques designed to build confidence in drawing and designing characters for illustrations in story books, advertising and many facets of our daily lives. With step-by-step guidance and exploration of drawing techniques, illustration and character design will be so much easier and enjoyable.

Are you keen to improve your drawing skills, create characters with personality and appeal, or simply increase your confidence in your art abilities? Step inside the world of an illustrator and receive step-by-step guidance in drawing and illustration techniques in a fun and supportive environment.

After successfully trialling these workshops in Term 2, it is now time to pay our wonderful facilitator. 

Term Fees: $175 and includes 7 full comprehensive 1.5hr workshops and ALL materials.

Workshops start on Thursday 13th July 3:45-5:15pm and runs for 7 weeks until Thursday 24th August.

Note in Term 4 Terese will offer a 'Beyond Illustration and Art Basics'

Following on from our brief introduction to art skills and illustration techniques course, this workshop develops art skills further with the use of colour, design and perspective. Illustrating characters, designing background and settings, using a variety of art media will assist in developing individual style in illustration, drawing and painting for many applications.
