Monday 26 October — Build Your End-of-Year Content Library
10 content assets your business needs before the end-of-year rush
Get ahead of the October–December scramble by identifying the important content your customers will actually need from you before Christmas and into January.
Rather than trying to fill a social media calendar, we'll map the useful content assets your business needs — from booking and ordering deadlines to FAQs, customer stories, seasonal information and January content.
You'll leave with: a practical end-of-year Content Library plan and your highest-priority content mapped out.
Monday 16 November — Stop Starting From Scratch
Turn one good idea into 10 useful pieces of content
If creating content always starts with staring at a blank screen, you're making marketing much harder than it needs to be.
Bring one useful idea, article, newsletter, video, presentation, FAQ or piece of expertise and learn how to extract multiple angles and turn it into useful content across different formats.
You'll leave with: up to 10 practical content ideas created from something you already know or have already made.
Monday 7 December — Is Your Business Ready to Switch Off?
Your 60-minute Christmas shutdown checklist
You're ready for a break, but is your business?
If a customer tries to find you, contact you, book you or buy from you over the Christmas/New Year period, what will they experience?
In this practical session, we'll work through the customer-facing essentials that are easy to forget in the end-of-year rush.
You'll leave with: your own Christmas shutdown checklist and a clear plan for what needs to be updated, automated or switched off before you finish for the year.
