Mindful Movement with Metaphors (For Kids)
A fun and mind-expanding introduction to yoga and poetry. Discover the quirky side of an ancient practice and be guided to express your inner experience with your own poem to share and cherish.
·      For ages 7 years and older
·      Monday 22 June and Tuesday 23 June (2 classes only), The Write Gallery
·      3.45pm – 4.45pm
·      Free but bookings essential. Parents are welcome to stay and join in or drop and go.
·      Participants will learn: breathing techniques to calm the mind, how to move the body with mindfulness, new ways to express thoughts and feelings, the joy and comfort of expression with words.
